We invite scientists and PhD/post-doc students to consider presenting a poster or lecture to attend the symposium at a reduced registration fee.

Proposals must be submitted by November 29th 2015 for oral presentations and by December 31st 2015 for poster contributions. Proposals will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and a notification email will be sent. All correspondence regarding poster or oral contribution will be made only with the presenting author, who should be registered for the conference.

For abstract submission, please complete the form (Word-doc • click to download) according to the specified guidelines and send it to

  • Abstracts must be typed in English not exceeding 1 page and must be submitted as a Word file.
  • Type title in capital letters, using Times New Roman 14 pt.
  • The presenting author must be underlined. Type first name in full followed by family name. The names of the co-authors must also start with first name in full followed by the family names.
  • Type affiliation underneath the authors: University or Company, Institute, City, Country.
  • Add the email of the presenting author in Italics.
  • Use 1.15 line spacing and use Times New Roman 12 pt. for the text of the abstract.

Important note!
The background, scope and innovative aspect of your research as well as methodologies applied and the presence of a sufficient amount of valuable and new experimental data, which are clearly stated, are important criteria in order to be eligible for an oral or poster presentation.

After notification, the presenting authors of approved abstracts will receive a mail with the guidelines for oral or poster presentation.
